These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vanguard General Contracting LLC ("we," "us," "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing our site or engaging our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Services Provided
Vanguard General Contracting provides residential fencing, exterior renovation, and general contracting services — including fence installation and repair, decks, patios, roofing, siding, and room additions — in the North Fort Worth/DFW, Texas area.
Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, our site is our proprietary property, and all source code, functionality, software, website design, text, photographs, and graphics on the site are owned or controlled by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
User Representations
By using our site or services, you represent and warrant that all information you submit (including through estimate requests, service scheduling, or contact forms) will be true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Financing Disclosure
Vanguard General Contracting may offer or facilitate access to third-party financing options for construction and renovation services. Financing is subject to credit approval and the terms of the third-party lender. We do not guarantee approval, and all financing terms, rates, and conditions are determined solely by the financing provider.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vanguard General Contracting will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Vanguard General Contracting and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these terms.
SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms
By consenting to Vanguard General Contracting SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring text messages from us through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided.
Program Description: We send text messages to confirm estimate and service appointments, provide crew arrival/project updates, send follow-ups on inquiries, and share project status updates.
Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to (817) 783-9164. After you send "STOP," we will send one final confirmation message that you've been unsubscribed, then you'll receive no further messages from us.

Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
