This project started as an empty lot and ended as a finished multi-unit residential development in Fort Worth. We're talking full ground-up construction - from framing and ZIP System sheathing all the way to brick veneer exteriors, black aluminum fencing, concrete driveways, and fresh sod. That's the full picture of what we do.
The framing stage is where a project like this either gets done right or starts cutting corners. We used ZIP System structural panels throughout - that green sheathing you see wrapping the first floor is one of the better decisions you can make early in a build. It acts as the weather barrier and the structural sheathing in one, which means fewer penetrations, better air sealing, and a tighter envelope before a single brick goes up.
Once the structure was closed in, the exterior came together fast. The cream brick with dark trim and pitched rooflines gives each unit a clean, modern look without trying too hard. Black steel perimeter fencing runs the full property, which adds security and definition to each unit's entry. The concrete driveway and walk paths are poured clean with no cracking or patching - that matters for long-term durability in a rental or for-sale product.
Multi-unit infill development in Fort Worth is picking up pace, especially in neighborhoods close to the core. Getting two fully finished homes onto a single site takes coordination across every trade - concrete, framing, roofing, masonry, fencing, flatwork, and landscaping all have to sequence correctly. We manage all of it. That's not something every contractor is set up to do, but it's exactly what this kind of project demands.
The finished product here speaks for itself. Two two-story homes, matching exteriors, shared driveway access, individual unit entries, and a lawn that's already filling in green. From bare dirt to move-in ready - that's the job.
